Every Gray Dawes client has their own account manager. That's a fact.

Our account management team have an average of nine years travel industry experience behind them. Some have been business travel consultants in the past, so they understand the demands at the point of booking - complex itineraries, changes and deadlines, while others have been clients themselves so they fully empathise with the challenges and pressures on both sides.

Regular communication is the key to success and so regular review meetings and travel booker forums are recommended and, indeed, encouraged.
