We offer a choice of service - either traditional via our teams of expert consultants or online using our multi-award winning travel management and booking system, gdbookonline.
Launched in 2002, gdbookonline enables flights; hotel accommodation, rail travel, Eurostar and car hire to be booked online with ease and confidence.
Our traditional, more personal business travel service operates through our National Reservations Centre. This is not a call centre and clients benefit from access to a small designated team of air consultants, who are supported by Gray Dawes’ hotel and rail specialists.
Our gdonestop division specialises in providing a 'one stop' service for clients with travel spends of under £100,000. They too have the option of booking traditionally or online.
24-hour support is provided to all clients through our ‘out of hours’ emergency service which operates 365 days a year.
Comprehensive management information is provided on all bookings made.
