BA to fly to Denmark from London City

British Airways is opening up its route network from London City Airport with the launch of its first route to Scandinavia.

The airline has announced plans to start a new double daily weekday service from the Docklands Airport to Copenhagen in Denmark, providing a direct air link between the two capital cities.

There will also be one flight a day from London City on Sundays and one flight from Copenhagen on Saturdays. The new flights will start on September 12, and will be operated by British Airways wholly owned subsidiary BA CityFlyer with their fleet of brand new Embraer 190 aircraft.
